The Hotel Puerta de América in Madrid served as the venue for the 16th AESS Self Storage Conference and Trade Show, earning high praise from all attendees. Based on its success, we are excited to host the event once again in this exceptional location.

This iconic hotel is the result of a collaborative project involving 18 internationally renowned architects and designers, including Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid, Norman Foster, and Javier Mariscal. Each floor reflects the unique vision of one architect, with John Pawson having designed the floor where the Congress and Trade Showwill take place.

Situated in the heart of Madrid, the hotel is easily accessible from anywhere in Spain. It is just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, with close proximity to train stations and public transportation, making it a convenient choice for all attendees.
